Management Business

     Before we learn about management business, we have to know what the management business is.
Business is an organization or economic system where goods and services to earn profit.
Managament in business is the function that coordinates the efforts of people to accomplish goals and objectives by using available resources efficiently and effectively.

    There are 3 components of business, they are:
- Owner        : To Manage Finance and strategy
- Costumer   : To buy the product
- Employees : To produce the product of the firm

     Before we are doing the business, we have to concern about the factors of production, they are enterpreneurs, capital, labor, physical resources, and information resources. Physical resources and information resources is the most important thing if you want to roll the business.

     As the general manager (GM), there 5 things that will be the main job of GM. They are:
- Finance
- Human resources
- Marketing
- Operation
- Production
